Elise Zoller

Higher Ground, 36” x 36,” oil on linen

I’m drawn to every day life scenes in the country’s rural towns and smaller cities. I enjoy hearing the stories of people who live in these places. By quietly standing, listening, and observing, I aim to convey the pulse of past and present.

I’m a classically trained realist painter who has been painting and selling oils for over twenty five years. I’m a graduate of Princeton University in architecture and have studied drawing and painting at the Academy of Realist Art in Boston and Masters Academy in Springville, UT. I’ve exhibited my paintings throughout New England and in the Southwest.

In 2024, I’m traveling Route 66, painting the towns along the road. Follow along on my Instagram page @elisezoller!
